I don't think it would be a wise decision to take risk as non-successful cosmetic surgery can even make the condition instead of improving it .Also it can cause many skin diseases and other side effects depending on the type of surgery you are going to have

I am a 34yr old woman who had formed a rare disease causing me to need a bilateral hip&upper leg replacement op a yr ago(&5-8yrs will have to be redone due to wear), now I have scars on both sides of legs, but that doesn't bother me much. I am in a different catagory I had gastric bypass 7years ago and I totally regret it. I have lost 140 pounds well recently gained 13 since I lost my job. I have had an abdominalplasty and a breast reduction. Since I lost more weigh my boobs sag now and I have fat all around the middle and back it is so uneven and my legs and butt sag I don't where shorts in public or tank tops.I went to a surgeon and he wanted to do a body lift and implants for 22,000 there is no way I could ever aford that. I would give anything in the world to have free surgery to get rid of all the extra skin that I have from my weight loss. For many of years I let myself go and stopped loving myself because of abusive relationships I was in. Now that I have finally started to love myself again I have my best foot forward into getting all the weight off my body. I went from 249lbs to 199lbs and still working on my body. I have not even had sex with my own husband in 8 years because of how uncomfortable I was because of my weight. We recently seperated because of this and now when I think of wanting to be intamite with anyone ever again I am so ashed of how I look because of all the fat hanging off my body now. All of the above what can I say except HELP. Take the whole body and change the lot. NHS forget it as I have been turned down several times by my doctor despite being very depressed by self image and this was curtosy of them after messed up, rushed operation being done in 17 minutes than the standard 1 hour. You people depress me. Posting tragic stories of your life that the only outcome you've learned from it is to redirect your focus on your looks so you can feel better. I'm not going to spout about how you should attend seminars that train you to love yourself, but honestly you reflect upon your children as insecure, scared, helpless sad pathetic whiners. And they will grow up posting on hubpages about an article regarding free surgery and begging to be chosen to qualify.
Here's a solution to your problems: invest your time into additional curricular activities; read a god damn book (most of you can barely spell even with this generation of spell check), spend time with your children, or simply learn to accept yourself. Most of you think you aren't woman because you're too fat or your breasts are too big/small - wow! Since when did the image of what a woman is become projected through a filter? Breasts and a body are not just what makes up a woman. Seriously, you people are pathetic. Also, I am a woman, and though I have flaws I am happy with myself as is the people in my life who love me for me, not what I look like.

I have had 19 surgeries and 12 different illnesses including cancer, gallbladder removal, a tumor removed from my uterus and a full spinal fusion. I am finally pretty healthy after 12 years of in and out of hospitals and long recovery periods. So it's safe to say surgery doesn't scare me. My body has however suffered the price of all of the surgeries and I am now an in need of all kinds of plastic surgery to even look presentable. My husband left me because he couldn't handle all of the sickness and surgeries. I wish I could afford to do this on my own, but my medicals bills will take me the rest of my life to pay off. And that's not even the worst of it. The worst is six months ago I found out my only child - I lost a child in infancy - has been diagnosed with Spina Bifida. He is very sick and I spend every waking and sometimes napping hour of the day and night taking care of him as a good mother should. I know it sound so shallow of me to want something for myself when my son is suffering, but I just have no self-esteem due to all the scars and everything. I would love to try to have some sort of life, but the way I look I barely leave the house unless I have to. It would be so nice if just once something in my life would go my way. But I'd give it all up to just make my son better. God, I hope your listening to my prayers and you will help my son.

Hello! I am a 31 yr old female with 1 child. I have always wantes a breast augmentation but I recently discovered a fast growing and potentially malignant lump in my right breast. I think I'm the perfect candidate for something like this. I am someone who is a single mother, have had 6 kids, and very low income, that needs a nose job, due to a crooked nose, and a hump. Also, i constantly feel a slight pressure as if I'm stuffy, but not really. Also, I am absolutely obsessed with getting a Brazilian butt lift. I definitely have enough fat for the procedure, and I want a BIG, ROUND booty, and a tiny waist, and thinner thighs. Because I can't wear dresses because of the extra fat and slightly loose skin between my legs. I can't even wear shorts in the summer. =( One more thing I wouldn't mind improving on, is the size and firmness of my breasts, and the large size of my areoles. But this one isn't necessary. This is so embarrassing to put out there like that, but I keep hearing that a closed mouth won't get fed, so I'm swallowing what pride I have to put my shame out there... Im 43 and when I was at school I had my front tooth damaged and had to have a bridge, I also have some crowns and also my back moles have gold crowns, I had this done when I was at school and now they just look a mess my breath smells and I need some help, I've just been through a divorce and want to get my confidence back. I don't think there are any plastic surgeons that actually go looking to work for free. And I can't say that I blame them really.
Although there are MANY procedures I DESPERATELY want, knowing that in thisday and age, you can't get a job unless you're better than average looking, I'm at a point where I'm about to give up hope on anyone wanting to donate some procedures to help me be a more successful mother, and better role model to my kids.
PLEASE, I am BEGGING any skilled plastic surgeon in or near central California...
